RBDMS WellFinder is a creation of the esteemed Ground Water Protection Council Risk-Based Data Management System, which furnishes robust analytical tools for state regulatory programs and the general public.

Established in 1992, RBDMS is led by participating state regulators, along with GWPC personnel and overseen by a state steering committee.

The Ground Water Protection Council is a nonprofit 501(c)6 organization whose membership comprises state groundwater and underground injection control regulatory entities that converge within the GWPC entity to collaboratively strive for safeguarding the nation's groundwater reservoirs.
